New device bid adjustments and how they work[ Edited ]

I was wondering how does the new bid adjustment system works? To be more specific if I had an ad group with a bid of $2 and the adjustments set for desktop +10%, mobile +20% and tablet +30% how would that affect the keywords based on the base bid of the ad group? Would it just add the % for every device separately or would it increase the bid for desktop first, since it is the base bid, and then increase it for other devices?
