"Done" is your problem. You did too much, and now you have depressed your impression volume to the point where you can't spend the budget. Too much targeting, too many negatives, and you don't have an audience anymore.

I would suggest an account audit, it may well be you don't have enough negative keywords, perhaps your site isn't compelling, there is a lot that could be off here.

This is a broad question with a lot of answers, but is your website mobile-friendly? If this is a new issue with traffic suddenly declining, maybe the website and landing pages need to be updated (easy to use/navigate, looks appealing, not deceptive).

You could also try offering a promo/discount code in your ads.

Could you share more details? What industry is this for? Are any location-specific campaigns budget-limited? When you say huge w many locations, is there enough volume in these various locations? (The city of Toronto by itself has more volume than the whole province of Saskatchewan for example.) Can you be more specific about the problem?

Hi Alamua,

Segmenting the data, using analytics it was done long back.

My client is dentist, we  are targeting various location but few services are performing good in few services for example.

teeth whitening is performing good in delhi but same service is not performing good in mumbai.

Budget is high, i cant spend the budget and conversion are way to low but CPL is good Smiley Happy

Analytics,remarketing,RLSA, ETA's Are done.

Anything else
