Hi,

you can add dental office as a negative phrase to exclude all search terms that has "dental office" as part of the search term., but other search terms like 'office towers', 'home office' will still show up.
You can also add office as a negative broad to exclude all search terms that has 'office' as any part of the search term. The examples 'office towers', 'home office', 'dental office' will not show up.
It would depend on how you would want your negatives to work.

How broad/phrase/exact match works.

Hope it helps.
