MDS is Manager Defined Spend which means MCCs using Invoicing can allocate account level budgets, called budget orders. Google would bill the agency/MCC which in turn bills the client.
ALO and MDO are types of orders. ALO (account level order) is meant for individual accounts and MDO (Manager Defined Order) is meant for MCCs to allocate account level budgets for child accounts. More info here
