Modify Conversion Value to take into account our Commission?
To maximize ROI, we've enabled eCommerce in Google Analytics.
However, with our business model, we only keep part of the revenue based on our commission, which varies by product sold. Is there anyway to incorporate our actual revenue (taking into account our commission) in our AdWords conversions data? This would allow us to easily see the true Return on Investment. (for example, sometimes a lower priced item with a higher commission will lead to higher revenue for us) Note: our commission is not calculated on our website.

For your scenario, I would assign labels in AdWords to sort your products into commission rates. Then export reports into Excel and use a formula based on the labels.
