Mobile app install vs mobile app engagement campaigns[ Edited ]

I've created and enabled 2 Search campaigns in 1 AdWords acct. 1 campaign is for mobile app installs while the other 1 is for mobile app engagement. May I know if there will be any direct competitions between these two campaigns, as both of the campaigns are bidding on the same keywords?
Also, which ad that will show if someone who already has the app searched for the app on Google search? Would it be the app install ad, or the app engagement ad?

they should not clash. Because one campaign is directed to people that have the app already and the other to people that still don't have the app. The first one will only appear to poeple that have already the app installed.
