Hi @Sachin W,

Please cross check your advanced location options settings by accessing the settings tab of your campaign.

If you want to show your ads to the users who physically located in these locations only, I would recommend you to use the settings as:

Target: People in my targeted location

Exclude:  People in my excluded location

Go to any particular campaign > settings tab > location options (advanced).

Click edit for Target and scroll to select "People in my targeted location"

Similarly for Exclude.

Note: If your campaign sub type is standard then this option might not be available.

hi,

I am having the same problem as above

I do not have the option you are talking about thus my campaign sub type is standard.

How do I fix the problem or change the campaign type to fix the problem?

Thank you
