Location Targeting Keyword Not Showing

Hi all-

I'm running into an issue on an account I manage for a new home community in Richmond, Texas (near Houston). I am targeting most of the Greater-Houston Area excluding Richmond, VA when I realized that my broad match keywords such as +richmond +new +homes weren't showing since Google thinks I'm talking about Richmond, VA. See screen show below:

Is there anyway around this without adding that extra keyword to specify it's in Texas?

Thanks in advance!

Remove the location term within the keyword. It's a redundancy. Set the location targeting using the Geo targeting at the campaign level.
