My two cents: I think this is the homepage, right? Professional painting services is really broad. If keywords and ads are more specific than that, you can also make landing pages that are tailored to what clients are looking for. Also, there's simply a lot on the page. One slogan about what your friend does, maybe on testimonial, and a contact button or form might be more effective. Perhaps the banner photo can be more informative than it is now. If you have enough traffic, you could always run a little A/B test. Good luck!

Firstly, Ivan's advice is spot on.

My 2c: every painter on the planet will tell you these things. Especially the bit about being trustworthy. You have to do trust, not say it. That way you'll get eyeballs sticking on your page.

Customers want a result (which they get to see). And you need to build trust too - that means telling them something about yourself and how you do your work.

What are people saying to others when referring your services to them?

You could have a click to call button (or something like it)
Reduce the fields to fill in for a quote (just email)
Have a newsletter for those who are interested but still looking.
