Keywords Tracking

I'd like to know if there's a way to track the keywords by placing the Gclid parameter (or a similar method)  and don't lose the statistics of the ad (like CTR and QS), because, as you know, if you edit some elements like the URL of the ad it's like deleting and creating a new one.

I'm not exactly sure I understand what you mean/how you would like to "track your keywords".
