Hello,

This happens when your ad is being shown for other keyword which might be similar to the one you are advertising but is more relevant and ranking higher during the ad auction.

One way to tackle this problem could be to introduce embedded negative keywords inside the ad groups or campaign so that you can try to streamline the traffic to the best of the possibility.

I would also advise you to read this help center reference on how similar keywords are matched to the search terms and work accordingly:- https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/2756257?hl=en

Hello Renganayalu S,

that means you might want to check for duplicated keywords in your account. If you have similar keywords or almost the same keywords in multiple ad groups, then ads of these ad groups compete with each other. That might cause one of your ad is not being showned, because you are already targeting search queries like this with some other keyword.

Hello Renganayalu S,

One other thing not mentioned by the previous posts. If you have the same keyword in different match types, this message will almost always be shown for the less restrictive match types. All match types for the same keyword will show the same QS in the UI, because that QS will be based on the exact match. It does not necessarily mean the keyword never triggers your ad.

Look at the number of impressions. Most likely you do have impressions. Run a search terms report to see what queries triggered the keyword. Use the ad preview tool to see which ad runs for the keyword. If an ad from a different campaign or ad group shows, that's when adding the more restrictive match types as a negative will be useful.

Best of Luck
