I think some regular visitors to our nonprofit educational site CareerGirls.org have been googling our name and clicking on our Adwords ad instead of our regular website link out of habit, and not realizing that it eats up our Adwords budget each time they do that.

Hi there,

Set up a remarketing list, either using AdWords or Analytics, and then exclude the list from your ad campaign.

If you use Analytics, you can fine tune the list - so you could exclude people who visited a particular page, or visited more than once, or viewed x number of pages.

Note: there are time limits to the lists, but it is better than nothing.

The only way to block specific users from seeing your ads is to know their IP, and add it to the IP Exclusion List under your campaign settings. - https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/2456098?hl=en
