Insearch Ads on Youtube
Again on question about Youtube advertisement.
I ran an Insearch Youtube Campaign and I noticed that I have some stats about clicks to my website.
My Insearch ads brought the user to my channel page.
I did not use any call-to-Action overlays so how can I have clics to my website (with Insearch format)?
InSearch is for promoting your own youtube videos like you said.
You say you have "stats" that say there are clicks to your website... what kind of stats? What stats are you looking at?
Is it Google analytics? Is there a link to your site in the description of the video? Are you running any display network campaigns in AdWords?
Please let me know where you're seeing the "stats".
Thanks for your post! If you have a link to your website on your YouTube channel, clicks on this link will be counted as Website Clicks in your AdWords for Video campaign stats. You aren't charged for these clicks, but they will be recorded in your campaigns for you.
Hope that helps!
Re: Insearch Ads on Youtube
Hi Dave! Thanks for your help.
I was looking in Adwords for video
I have some links at the very end of the description BUT as the user is bring to the channel page to view the video the description does not appear.
BUT I have two links to websites on the right side of my channel page.
It is just strange that Google gave me click datas to these two website as the goal of an instream ad is to boost views.
