Incorrect Prices Shown in Google Shopping Results

Hi, google seems to be a bit unorganised on its displayed prices at the moment.

for example

https://www.google.co.uk/shopping/product/949448863472534784?q=wheres%20wally%20mens&safe=off&client...Smiley Surprised

shows the lowest price at the top to be £21 (and this is how its shown in the overall results)

However there are 4 sellers below this price - is the lowest price shown determined by the maximum bidder on PPC?

This seems wrong as the people selling for less are not getting their adverts displayed correctly that they have paid for?

Hello,

I would suggest you posting this over Google Merchant Center forum. This is the link:

In this specific example, the problem might be due to matching. The items under £20 don't exactly provide a matching size, which might be why Google's not counting them as the lowest price.

Hello,

Thanks for the reply,

The title does not say that but the size is given in the specific field in the shopping data feed?

I assume they are matched by barcode & manufacturer
