Google adwords automatically add tracking parameter unless it is explicitly disabled by user. You can check auto-tagging setting by visiting gear icon (setting) on top right corner in your adwords account.

Setting -> Account Setting -> Preferences

Now see tracking and check whether auto-tagging is Yes or No! If no, edit it to Yes and it will be done.

OK since no one here has an obvious clue how to do this. After talking to a programmer I found the solution myself.

1) Enable the auto-tagging in the preferences (gear icon)
2) Create a php page that we link to, a simple redirect script with the ability to grab the glid from the URL headers.

Then append this to the next URL so with has offers aff_sub=GCLID

and then continue to destination.

That's how its done.

Im shocked how so many people don't know this.
