How to not show my ad to converted users?

I have conversion tracking set-up on the back-end of my Display Network adwords campaign.

Upon converting at my back-end a user has no more value to me, however they are still seeing my ad across the network and are often re-clicking. As they're clicking again it is costing me money, however I cannot find a way to exclude converted users from seeing my ad.

I want to set up my Ads so that any user who has converted will not see the Ads again, and thus not be able to click again.

Can I do this, and if so, how?

Thanks in advance!

Hi Alan,

Just set up a rule based remarketing list that only tracks converted users (so users that have visited your thank-you page) and then add that list as a negative audience.

Hope that helps.

Hi Alan,

Sorry i missed your reply, but it seems like Fenna has everything handled. That should be everything you need. If you have any more questions feel free to ask.

Good Luck
