How to get higher QS for my brand name keyword - landing page issue

Hi

Im using my brand name as a keyword, its in my website URL, its on my home page (where the ad directs) and its used in the ad, in the description, URL etc

But for some reason i cant get this QS any higher than 7. I cant see why it shouldnt go any higher

According to my interface, its a landing page issue. Below average it says, but for the reasons ive listed, why should it be below? Ive tried adding it more frequently and less and still no improvement

- any ideas?

Thanks

QS is predominately a CTR metric. If your CTR drops (relative to other advertisers bidding on the same keyword) your QS will go down

Landing page relevancy is a matter of content and navigation. Mentioning keywords on the landing page does NOT  necessarily  contribute to a better user experience. Make your landing page easy to navigate and write content for humans (not to the Google bot...)

ok thanks, ill look at that.

I have other ads for the same home page though, and recently i had some QS of 10 for a few KW so this is why i was confused. These have dropped recently, and not due to anything ive done with the page.

thanks

I see, that must be whats happened there.

I looked at the link you provided and i think my site is easy to use etc, well it must be as i said, other kw got a QS 10 previously, but there must be something else Google think needs to alter to get my brand kw QS higher than they currently are.

If that page has achieved top QS in the past it cant be the page - or can it? So now im thinking maybe its because the kw dont get loads of clicks, the system thinks a higher QS isnt appropriate

thanks
