Hi Parvez, what you're seeing is quite normal.  On any individual day, AdWords may spend up to 20% more than your daily budget so with a budget of $15, sometimes AdWords may spend up to $18 in a single day (15 x 20% = 3).

Don't worry though, over the course of a billing period, your total spend will not exceed your daily budget over that period.  For example, you've spent $2, $10 and $17.5 in 3 days, so your spend over those three days is $29.50, which is below your budget for those three days of $45.
