Hi James,

Are you talking about how are AdWords ads prioritized?

If yes, the ads from different AdWords account enter an ad auction when they are triggered by a users query and depending on the QS for the keyword that got triggered, your keyword bid, recorded performance, etc. an ad rank is assigned to each ad copy.

Depending which keyword has a higher bid and QS, that particular ad copy gets a higher ad rank on the SERP.

Read about ad auction here: https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/142918?hl=en

Read about Ad rank here: https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/1752122?hl=en

Hope this Helps!

Cheers!
