We are an online school, and once a student signs up they will access our site almost daily. How can I stop the google ads from showing up to them? Thanks for your help on this!

Unfortunately, the only way you can exclude "users" is by excluding IP addresses, which would prove to be close to impossible for something like this. If you notice they are coming to the site through AdWords, you can make keywords like "login" negative to alleviate some of that current student traffic. Most likely, they are going to bookmark the site and come back to it through direct traffic. I would pull your search terms report and do a full audit to identify opportunities for negative keywords that will help tighten your overall list. Hope this helps!

Cheers,

Whitney

Are they seeing ads because of a Re-marketing campaign?

If so, you can exclude them, after the first visit.
