HTML5 vs Static (jpeg) ads

Hello! I recently started a display campaign with static (jpeg) ads. The camaign was doing about 200K impressions per day, and then I added HTML5 ads this morning and turned off the static ads and my impression count is down to 32K. Does the switch make a difference? Should I wait longer to see what happens with the impression counts? Thoughts? Thanks!

Hi @Suken S,

 

I would have added in the new ads and set them to be rotated evenly to see how the new ads performed before switching off the well-performing ones. At this point, I would do that now and not wait. After several days of action, evaluate the ads and adjust or stop accordingly.
