Are ratings from Google Places used.  Can I place the star ratings from google places in my Adwords ads?

Hi Joaquín,
You can use Social Extensions from your Google+, but no, for a restaurant, you cannot place star ratings in your AdWords. Star Ratings, or Seller Extensions, are available for advertisers who have a Google Merchant Center Account. Since you're a restaurant, you probably wouldn't have.
Some options - activate Social Extensions - https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/1722132?rd=1
This will show how many users have your site in their circles.

Review Extensions - https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/3236114?hl=en
If you know of articles who have given your restaurant a positive review, you can link that positive review, and include a snippet, in your Ad Copy.
