There are two reasons why you would want the keyword in your ad:
Google can show it in bold in the URL
People think an ad is more relevant if their search query is in the ad
Both generally lead to a higher CTR.
For the bold in the URL, I just searched for "Électrician" here in Australia, and "electrician" was bolded in an ad URL.
For seeing the search query in the ad, I doubt people will care if it is Electricien or Électricien.
So just use whichever you feel is the more correct, the end result should be the same.
