Hi

Does anyone have an easy way of finding all ad groups with only 1 or more than 3 ads?

Hi David

Download the Ads report and use the "CountIF" formula in the excel by using the complete Ad Group column as "range" and an ad group name as "criteria"(select only one group name as criteria). Now copy the formula for all ad groups and you will get the number of ads in every ad group.

Hope this helps!

Abhishek

Hi David,

Download the AD's Report and use the pivot table , then in the row label put AD Group Name and in value column put ad headline ,and then sort from descending to ascending it will give u no of ad's running in adgroup.
