Exporting Account without Loosing Ad History

My adwords managing agency is not paying attention to my account anymore. They are just spending without even fixing the basics of optimization. The agency is using a MCC account to manage 100s of clients like me.

Now, I want to manage the Adwords in-house with my internal employee.

Pl let me know the best way to export/move my account out of their MCC and import/add in my own account WITHOUT LOOSING  the Ad History & weightage.

Unfortunately you can't without losing the history.

You should request that the agency provides you with admin access to your account. Then remove them as a manager or admin. No need to export anything.

If the agency refuses, you can report them to Google:

Note: it depends on your agreement with the agency. If they built the account from scratch, it might be in their terms that the build is intellectual property. But if they managing an existing account that you gave them access to, they should give your admin access back.

Was the account created by you and then the admin access was granted to the agency?

Or the account was created by the agency itself?

In any case do you have the administrative owner access?

Edit: It seems @RobSkelton has already posted the same.
