We offer online classes, not inperson classes. I want to exclude queries with a geographic name like Denver.  Those people want an inperson class

Hi,

You can use those geographic names as negative keywords. This will prevent your ads to be triggered while someone uses this words/keywords in his/her search query.

Lear more about Negative Keywords and know How to use negative keywords

Thanks!

Avish's suggestion is clearly the first thing to do - but also - make it clear in the ad copy that these are online classes not presencial - it's is always amazing to me how quick people seem to be to click on ads that are patently for things they are NOT looking for - so you want to make sure you do everything possible to eliminate those visitors as much as you can.
