Exclude IP only some campaigns

Hi everyone

 

How come I cannot see the IP-exclusion alternative in one of my  campaigns?

Can you post a screenshot of the "Advanced Settings" on the settings tab of your campaign?

Hi David!
I cannot determine whether this the case or not from your screenshot, however, the campaign would need to be opted into "All Networks" or just the "Display Network" to be able to exclude IP addresses at present.

 

If your campaign is currently opted into Search only, then change the Network settings, exlude the IP addresses by following the instructions here in this Help Centre article & then change your Netowrk settings back to what they were previously.

Hi

It´s display network only, specific reach, re-marketing.

The strange thing is... it lacks several of the normal advances settings. Only Schedule and Ad Delivery is shown ?!?

Thanks for your post. Here is a possible work around that might work for you: 

 

1. Select the campaign with the issue

2. Click on the "Settings" tab

3. Select "Edit" next to "Search & Display Networks - All Features" 

4. Select "All Features" 

5. Click on "Save"

 

This will hopefully restore all advanced feaures for the campaign.

Unfortunately it´t not possible to change anything in "Network" settings of that campaign.
Perhaps because it´s been a re-marketing campaign from start?
