Dynamic Remarketing Q's!

Hi there,

 

I have a few questions around Google dynamic remarketing. It is something that my company is incredibly keen to get on board with, but as we are not an E-commerce site we do not track conversions in that way.

 

Currently it is more an exercise in brand awareness. So, my questions are;

 

Can we use Google Dynamic Remarketing even though we are not an E-Commerce site, as an exercise in brand awareness?

We do have pricing on our website, however you cannot buy directly from our website, so I suppose we could use that data.

We do have some specific stockists which are ecommerce clients which we could push people too, however i'm not sure if this would then be trackable our side.

 

Is it on a CPC or CPA basis?

Get you set a daily, weekly or campaign total spend?

 

Can your product feed be sent in to Google via API?

 

If you could let me know, that would be great!

Remarketing campaigns are CPC with a daily budget, and you can implement your feed in the API: https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/feed-services

 

The ads don't have to be Dynamic for you to use remarketing; dynamic just means that Google will generate the headline and ad copy. You could write your own ads if you want to make sure they are specific. 

 

I use Criteo for my remarketing so I am not familiar with setting up a campaign in Adwords, but you can refer to this page for more information: https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/2454000?hl=en

Good to know about the API. I think i'm just going to have to dive in and have a go!
