If we own a business in US and you've targeted your ads to the US, and set target language to Hindi. This means that our ads can appear on Google for customers in Hindi speaking audience in India or Hindi speaking audience in US?

Hi Lanyo F,

In this case your keywords should also be in hindi. When your target location is US then only the people in the US will only show your ads.  Make sure that these keywords has enough search volume for your target location.

Hi Lanyo,

Your ads will appear in front of people in the US, who has selected Hindi as the Google interface language.

And you need to create your ads in the language that you target (Hindi), because AdWords doesn't translate ads or keywords.
