Does previewing a page in the SERP count as a click for PPC? Set up an Ad and curious to know, 33 clicks at £9.34 over 4days but no acquisitions hmm....

Searching for and previewing your ad in the search results does not count as a click but it does count as an impression. As you may already know, too many impressions on your ad without clicks can affect your quality score.

 

It is best to use the Ad Preview and Diagnostic Tool to avoid adding false impressions to your ad.

 

Also, if you are recieiving lots of clicks but no conversions you may want to study about optimizing your offer: Optimization
