Does anyone have a successful Water Damage Repair Campaign?

I'm trying to wrap my head around a companies service and I'm not sure I'm going to get them a positive ROI.

I don't have access to their Google Analytics because they're franchised, just their PPC campaign. Their receiving lots of impressions, just not getting any action taken on their ads.

If you have one, maybe we can talk offline or something. I don't want to get any trade secrets just want to make sure there is nothing I'm missing.

Thanks in advance.

Hi murphine,

No, I don't have a water damage repair campaign.

You have lots of impressions and no clicks? Or clicks and no conversions?

Are you running a search or a display campaign?

Is your goal branding or sales?

If you're getting lots if impressions and no clicks, your keywords may be too broad. Let's say you are running a search campaign your broad match keyword is:

water damage repair

That could trigger impressions for "water coolers", "roof damage", "automobile repair" and a lot of completely unrelated stuff. Try BMM and phrase/exact match instead:

+water +damage +repair

"water damage repair"

[water damage repair]

That will reduce the nuber of impressions and show your ad to much more relevant queries. You can do the same for flood damage, rain damage, storm damage, etc.

Justr a couple ideas. Hope it helps some.

Best of Luck,

Pete

I will answer your questions in the order they came:

I have lots of impressions and no clicks.

Search.

I'm currently running a combination of exact, broad and phrase matching.

The ads are general ads like

Got Water Damage?

Call A Water Damage Expert Today!

Their Standing by 555-555-5555

www.blah.com

The landing page is for the service of Water Damage Repair.
