Go to My Account tab in your AdWords account and choose Linked Accounts. From here, sign up at Analytics and Webmaster Tools, both of which will give you codes to insert into your website. This will help gain insights into user behaviour.

Were you talking about Destination URL tracking? That is totally different though.

I am trying to connect my Shopping Cart (GoDaddy Quick Shopping Cart) to my Google Adwords Conversion Tracking.
The shopping cart is asking for my Google Adwords ID
Will that be my Adwords Customer ID?

Yes, its your customer id, that you can find in the top right corner after logging in. Conversion tracking codes should be inserted in the right page by your webmaster. I would also recommend adding Analytics codes to all the pages in your website. Are these paid visitors convertible? There's just one way to find out!
