I am having some confusion regarding adding negative keywords in broad and phrase. I am not able to get the difference between both of them.

Any help will be appreciated.

Hello,

Using the negative broad Grey Cats will block any search term that includes both words in any part of the search term. Examples of blocked search terms :

grey bowls of food for cats

which cats are nicer grey or black

Using the negative phrase "Grey cats" will only block search terms which include the two words in a sequence, for example :

where can we buy grey cats pairs

are grey cats aggressive

You can find more examples here under "Negative match" :
