Average page download time measures how long it takes the browser to download the page content.
It is the amount of time for the browser to download the page from the server, just prior to rendering.

Both page load time and download time varies.
Average Page Download Time will always be less than Avg. Page Load time because it represents a portion of the total page load. It also depends on Your Computer Configuration and Settings, the number of programs you have running simultaneously while downloading.

Hi Sneha,

Avg Page Load Time : The average amount of time (in seconds) it takes that page to load, from initiation of the pageview (e.g., click on a page link) to load completion in the browser.

Avg. Page Download Time : The time to download your page
