Hello and welcome,

Did you perform any diagnostics at your end to see what's happening?

If not, I would encourage you to first see if your ads are approved or not.

If they are approved, then hover mouse over the speech bubble of individual keyword and then see what status is attached to them? Does it say ads running or not?

In a normal scenario, you might not be able to see your own ads everytime you enter a query because the results present by Google are restricted to user's search query and if you keep on entering the same query, algorithm might think that earlier results were not relevant and keep on changing it next time you put in the same query.

Best is to avoid doing this and stick to Ad Preview Tool (http://support.google.com/adwords/answer/1704363?hl=en) because this tool gives you real time results and you won't accrue any data using that.

But if you are doing it on live google search, it will affect your impressions, CTR etc...

Hope that helps!
