Hi,

Have an issue regarding completion b/w different forms of same keyword in same Ad Group. Take this example, same keyword is added as below to same Ad Group. Lets lable them as A,B,C

+nutella +cookies +recipe  - A
[nutella cookies recipe]       - B
“nutella cookies recipe”      - C

Will these 3 keywords compete each other during auction ?

Broad match lets a keyword trigger your ad to show whenever someone searches for that phrase, similar phrases, singular or plural forms, misspellings, synonyms, stemmings (such as floor and flooring), related searches, and other relevant variations.

Nutella cookies recipe - broad match setting covers A, B, C

As far as competing against yourself, googles algorithm  factors in ad ranking, tracking pixels, quality score, and etc. before the keyword plays a factor in an auction. The latest update is designed to make sure an advertiser can't compete against themselves as long as the adwords account is linked at the mcc level.

Hi

Lets take an example

Search term is 'nutella cookies recipe' in mini auction within your account will most probably result in [nutella cookies recipe] being winner because of high relevance and will go for public auction.

Similar for your other keyword types as well high relevance keywords will go for public auction but if you still want to be absolutely 100% sure and if you have enough time on your hand you can create 3 different adgroups for each match type and negate BMM and phrase from exact adgroup, BMM from phrase ad group.
