My click through Rate is good but It doesn't seem to be making my phone ring.  What would be a good suggestion.

Hi Nola,

Are calls the only thing that matter to you? Can you possibly have any additional track-able goals through your website? I assume you're making use of call extensions. If you have Google forwarding enabled, you'll get a little more insight into calls when they do happen.

Start with running a search query report. Clearly, (well it appears) that you may be capturing the wrong traffic. If you find that you're actually capturing relevant traffic, perhaps it's time to take a long hard look at your website.

It's hard to determine without seeing data but that's where I would start.

Good morning.

In addition to the great advice you've already received, I'd advise you to take a good, hard look at your website. If your ad CTR is good but you're not getting customers, that means when they arrive at your website, they either don't like what they see or they don't immediately see what they expected to see.

If you have Google Analytics installed, taking a look at bounce rates for paid search traffic might be educational. (It will tell you if people are coming to the site and then leaving immediately.)

It may be that your keywords are too generic or something like that, but the problem is just as likely to be that your ads 'promise' something that your landing page(s) is not delivering.
