Hi @ripleyhypno,

To get you back into known territory, I can give you instructions on how to get back to the interface that you're used to. It's then possible to get back to this new interface once you've reviewed the keyword diagnosis.

In the new interface you should be able to see three vertical aligned dots towards the top right corner of the screen. Click on this to open an expanded window and then select Return to previous AdWords. Once you're finished with the keyword diagnosis, there should be a little blue in the bottom right corner that will take you back to this new interface.

Hey Scotty - I know this is an old thread but I was looking for the KW diagnostics in the new UI thinking that it was something that would have been added by now but still can't find it.  Do you know if it has been included, and if so, where I can find it?

Tks, Kim

Hey @Kim_Clink,

If you hover your cursor over "Eligible" in the status column you should see the summary pop up for that particular keyword.

I was looking for it too and came across this thread. Since then, I have found there is a way to diagnose keywords in bulk and thought I would share.

Here are the steps from Google's Help Section:

How to diagnose your keywords in bulk

  1. Click on the name of the campaign or the campaign type in the navigation panel.
  2. Click on Keywords in the page menu.
  3. Click on Search keywords tab at the top of the page.
  4. Click on the vertical three-dot icon which is below the top chart.
  5. Select Diagnose keywords, which will make the Run now option appear. Click on Run now.
  6. In the dialogs that appear, select your diagnostic settings, and then click Run now:
  7. Wait a few minutes for the diagnostic to run and download. A message will appear at the bottom of the screen when the diagnostic has started. Another message will appear at the bottom of the screen when the diagnostic has finished.
  8. Once the diagnostic has finished, check your browser’s downloads folder for a copy of the report. You can also find the diagnosis report in Reports.
