Hi @Stercodigitex I we'd really need a little more detail of the problem before we can offer any constructive advice, however, I will say the following:
#1 - Even just 1 sale from 100 clicks is still a conversion rate of 1%. While not very good, for some markets 1% may be normal so 100 clicks really isn't enough data to make informed decisions (unless you have historical data showing the conversion rate is normally much higher).
#2 - Often conversion problems can be entirely down the website, not AdWords. Remember, AdWords only delivers potential customers to your "door", once they're on your site what happens next is nothing to do with AdWords. Poor navigation, complex checkout procedures, unclear charges and so on can deter even the most relevant customer.
