Boost Your Performance With Your Impression Share Report for Google AdWords
In our series of posts on the forum about how to improve your account, I just wanted to mention a really important report in your account that you can run to help you find out how your account is performing and pinpoint areas for improvement.
The Impression Share Report can be found on your Dimensions tab and shows you what percentage of the pie you are taking in terms of the number of impressions you could be receiving for your keywords.
For example, you might be missing out on some potential impressions because your budget runs out early in the day, or it could be because your ad rank isn’t high enough for your ad to show in the auction. Having details on each of these two factors allows you to find out where you can best place your efforts when optimising your account to give you the best performance possible!
Is the Impression Share report something you use to help you with the account? How do you use the report?
Good luck with the campaigns!
