Hi My Avg CPM displays $270.00 does that mean that i have to pay that amount? this is my first adword campaingn so still learning . Please help as i cant afford to pay those kinds of amounts.

Hi Monique,
No, if you are bidding on a CPC basis (which you probably are), you are paying per click. This column simply tells you how much you are already paying per 1000 impressions of your ad.

If you are actually bidding on a CPM basis, this is actually what you'll pay. Have a read of this:
