Automatic & Managed Placements

Hi,

I have a Search Network with Display Select campaign. I am using 'Keywords +Placement' Targeting.

Earlier I used to get automatic placements which, based on the performance, I could add as managed placements. But now that I have a significant number of Managed Placements I do not see any Automatic placements.

I would like to have both managed and automatic placements in my account. How can I do that?

Thanks

Sheema

Hi Sheema,

As your campaign type is 'Search Network with Display Select' the 'display network tab' will not be available (where you find the placement list).

Read under Choosing a campaign type - “Search Network with Display Select” campaigns.

https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/6080593?rd=1

So if you want to find the placement list, you should create a “Display Network only” campaign.

Hope this helps,

Deepak

Hi Deepak,

But earlier I could see automatic placements. From those automatic
placements the once which were giving good results were changed to managed.
And now I don't see automatic placements anymore.

Thanks
Sheema
