Automated Rules Lag Time

Visitor ✭ ✭ ✭

Hi Everyone,

I set up automatic budget increases to occur at 7AM and automatic decreases to occur at 10PM.

Consistently, these changes are occuring an average of 59 minutes late.

All of my other automated rules are occurring an average of 2 minutes late, which is quite acceptable.

Why do my budget increase/decrease automations have such a long lag time, and what can I do about it?

Thanks,

Danny.

Hi DannyTP,

Automated rules scheduled for a certain hour will run at anytime within that hour, before the hour changes. So, if your changes are happening 59 minutes late, that is within what Google claims to do. If it's that consistent, you may wish to set the rule to run an hour earlier to make sure it happens before your time period begins.

Best of Luck!

Pete

That explains it.

Fair enough.
