Automated Rule based on the geo location

Hello 

 

I was wondering if i can make an automated rule to limit search ads from showing up in certain geo locations when it spends high amount with low conversions.

Hi @Leila T,

 

Unfortunately location specific rules are currently not supported by Google. However, you may have multiple options for creating the proper rules in case you make sure your appropriate campaign or ad group is location specific. Showing you an example for a scenario when your needs are limited to 1 ad group:.

Click the Campaigns tab first and select the proper campaign. Here comes the rule:

You'll find those metrics and a few additional variants clicking the Performance and Conversions menu items after selecting Create rule for ad groups ... and then Pause ad groups when... under the Automate tab. By adding yet another Ad group name contains .... requirement you can make sure that the rule does not have an impact on other ad groups.
