Ads on search network getting no impressions in over a week.

I set up a number of ads, each with a large range of keywords, just over a week ago.

All the ads say they are displaying in searches and the qualities scores are mostly 6/10, but so far I have had NO impressions or clicks or any performance at all!

The ads have been approved and most of the keywords have a decent search volume with medium-low competition.

Really unsure what I am doing wrong?

Additional info: the account is a charity grant account if this impacts anything?

Hey Natalie,

Typically Charity Grant accounts are limited by how high they can can bid on CPC for keywords, I believe it peaks at $2.00. See more details here: https://www.google.com/grants/how-it-works/

If you're finding that your bid are too low you can do any of the following:
#1 Expanding your keyword targeting to attract more impression.
#2 Add new keywords. Try using the Keyword Planner to find new keywords based off of the keywords you're already using.
#3 Look at your ad position of your keywords. If it's too low and you cannot raise your bid then try either (a) creating more specific long-tailed keywords or (b) increasing your quality score to improve your overall ad rank.

Hope this helps!
