Could somebody help me, please.

My ad has no competition, search keyword "little lives", set to show in UK only, page littlelives.org.uk

Ad is showing in Internet Explorer 11, link:

https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=little+lives&sourceid=ie7&rls=com.microsoft:en-GB:IE-Address&ie=&o...

Ad is showing in Micrsoft Edge, link:

https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=little+lives&ie=&oe=#spf=1

Ad is not showing at all in Chrome, link:

https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=little+lives&rlz=1C1CHBF_en-GBGB734GB734&oq=litt&aqs=chrome.2.69i6...

Ad is not showing at all in Safari, link

https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=little+lives&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&hl=en-gb&client=safari

Tested on few laptops, phones and tablets I suspect AdWords settings, any suggestions?

Hi there;

This is an AdRank issue.  You should improve your ad rank (QS and bid). It is not a browser issue.   AdWords does not favor one browser over another. A browser is a matter of user's personal preference.

Hi,

thanks for the answer. Ads ranks well I guess, please see the picture. I'm very sure that they are for some reason not triggered in major browsers. I have tested it very many times. Any other ideas?

Hi @Frantisek H,

As suggested by Moshe, this seems to be Ad rank issue. Go through the link to get help for improving the Ad rank.

I would recommend you to add the metrics "Search Lost IS (rank)" to check the Search impressions lost due to low ad rank.

It can be found in the columns tab > competitive metrics.
