Adding negative key words for my whole account

How do I add negative keywords to my whole account? As opposed to just an Adgroup or a Campaign?

Thanks

Benjamin.

Hi

I am afraid that is possible at this point of time, highest you can go for adding keywords is at campaign level.

Hi Benjamin H,

You can create a list of negative keywords in the Shared Library, then apply the shared list to each of your campaigns. That would give you one place to manage negative keywords for the whole account. You can still add campaign and ad group negative keywords after that.

Best of Luck!

Much appreciated Pete.

This answers my question.

I love the Neg KW library, but I would offer two cautions.

1.  You can't see any of your added Neg KWs in the change history. It is harder to diagnose a campaign when you don't know when you added your neg KWs.

2. In the future when you create a new campaign you'll have to remember to add this new campaign to the shared library neg KW list. When copying a campain you'll automatically get the campaign/ad group level neg KWs, but not the shared library.

Update: You can now see the Neg KWs added in the change history!
