Adding Keywords from Search Term Report

Hello all,

What's actually the benefit for adding new keywords based from the Search Term Report?

Because since they're there, means that the terms already shown when user makes the search, aren't they?

Or I'm thinking whether the search terms keywords may have better QS after they're added to the keyword list, than when they are shown based on the triggering keywords?

Thanks.

Hi Blackkavia,

We should ideally add the search terms that are relevant or giving you better results. The reason to add these keywords:

1) These keywords are not targeted in your keyword structure and you might be missing on a lot of important keywords that could bring you more leads or conversions.
2) Yes, you might have a better QS if you implement them
3) These search terms could be cheap for us as they might be triggered from high spending keywords.
4) Could add them to a different ad groups and show a customised ad copy

Hope this helps.

Hi there;
The idea here is to provide you with a tool to analyze which search query was matched to a keyword (followed by triggering the ad).
This allows you to analyze the search queries and check which are relevant and should be added as keywords, and which keywords are matched to irrelevant keywords and should be removed.
