Ad Preview and Diagnosis not working.

It's showing Loading ..Loading is jumping between top and center of the page ( scr shot attached), this is going on from last 2 days.

I am using chrome, no pop up , java script blockers, rest every thing is working fine.

I have cleared all cookies, history , restarted, logged in again .. still no luck

Hi there,
As Theresa mentioned, this is more than likely an issue with your browser. Please clear you cache and cookies (instructions here: https://goo.gl/XxBBdU ) and re-start your browser.

We have not had any issues reported of this not working.

Good morning.

Try logging out of your Google account, cleaning out your browser's cache and the saved cookies, then rebooting your machine.

That can often fix these odd, little problems.

Ad Preview and Diagnosis working on chrome and IE.

Now display ad preview is not working on chorme - does not load after clicking edit, works on IE, but can't see the preview.

Okay, this is more technical than I can help with, sorry.

Let me see if I can find someone who might know more.

Thanks .. Screen shot attached from IE...surprisingly I have not installed any thing on the lappy recently.

Chrome won't even load the display ads, after clicking it shows "loading" and just dies

Hi, I am having the same issue..

If I hover over a keyword status, then click on Ad Preview and Diagnosis the window opens up but keywords are not populated in the search field, although I can see them being passed in the url. I have tried some of the solutions stated below.

1) Try logging out of your Google account - have done this

2) Cleaning out your browser's cache and the saved cookies - have also done this

3) Then rebooting your machine - have done this too

None of the above has worked.

Any additional advice other than cookies and rebooting?

Many thanks in advance.
