How much time should be taken to experiment with A/B testing of two different ad copies? Is there any specific time should be alloted to monitoring any ad text performance?

I don't think there is a specific time period on monitor the time period, But personally i would give like days before making a static decision about experiment results.

It depends, After all it is experimental testing Smiley Happy One week you can get an idea about how things going but if you can i would suggest you to give more time and analyse data on both ads before making a decision.

I think you can find it useful also ,instead of establishing a time-frame for relevant Ad copy testing.

You can also use the number of impressions as a baseline , for example you can set an automated notification by email when both ads reach 500 impressions.

 

There is also the option to use ACE as described here :
